most of the cars i have owned were in white and if I do buy an NX it will also be in white. Out of all the colors i have seen white looks best to me on the NX!
I wonder if these stats generally hold up when you look at each brand individually. For example, I think that BMW mist have blue, grey or black as the most common color instead of white. That is just from what I see driving around the streets where I live.
there are too many things that factor into what you see where you live, for a clearer idea, you need to look at the reports to see how many of what sold
Another interesting way to present this information would be to see how the regional break down. is. Is white the most popular color everywhere, or is some other color more popular in a specific state or something like that.
UM, the infographic includes regional break down. NA, SA, Europe, Pac Asia... you read it right?
White wins everywhere, and in every segment (in NA)
Which can lead to only one conclusion, white is not the most demanded paint, but white is the most produced and sold paint. We know there are myriad differences between those regions, especially when it comes to significance of colour. So why would they all show near identical results if it were left to the consumers to demand what they want. It means consumers are not being given what they want, they're being offered what the manufacturers want...
