RX to get the NXs 2.0T in select markets

That makes sense. It's like how the NX200 is sold in markets outside of North America. RX 2.0T just won't provide sufficient power for Westerners

So I guess this model is aimed at China mostly.

The 2.0L turbocharged engine option will be offered in select markets around the world (including China, obviously), but will not be coming to North America.

I like how Lexus Enthusiast finished the article with this:

(It’s easy to be disappointed that the RX 200t won’t be offered in all markets, but honestly, Lexus is already maxing out on North American RX sales with the RX 350 & RX 450h.)

Well when you consider the type of buyer the average american is, vehicles they response well to, what's available and actually sells, you'll see the NX200 does NOT slot in well.
