I recently purchased a 2016 NX200T and love it. I have one question though. Is it possible to change the factory radio at all? If so has anyone done it and what were your results?

Yes it's possible. And there are many people who have bought off Alibaba and others to change it. It's quite common in china actually, then you add support for Apple carplay and some with Android auto. I've got the same model and I will be changing mine later this year I hope
