Does anyone know if the lower rear headrest actually comes in the UK NX? If it does, do you think it would fit in the US NX and would the color match? I think they look a lot better and would give you more visibility out the rear window.

chances are you'll be able to do this
from the looks of it, the seats are the same and i doubt the two rods that help the head rest secure in the seat are the same as well.
as for color.... the UK model picture and US model picture have very different lighting exposures, i'm thinking they will be the exact same tone of red

US model has Roija red and the UK model has Dark Rose. I'm not sure if it's the same color.
