Polish and sealant on NX

4195 Views 8 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  David
I'm preparing to do my first polish on our NX. I saw a couple videos on YouTube for Klasse all in one polish and Klasse sealant glaze. Looks more complicated than main stream brands. Does anyone have experience with Klasse or recommendations and advice for the darker colors of the NX (Nebula Gray)? Is Klasse worth the hassle?

Also posting this question on a detailing forum if you haven't already will be a good idea.

Apparently paint ranges a lot from car maker to car maker, so who knows, you might come across someone familiar with Toyota/Lexus paint.

Good luck.

Autopia and Autogeek are some valuable resources for that information.

Thanks. I just purchased the Klasse all in one from AutoGeek. Good tips and videos. Will post back with results.

Glad to hear, looking forward to hearing a response.
Lots of guys learn how to detail and end up starting businesses out of what they learn from those forums!
Just used the Klasse All In One and Sealer. It took a bit to figure out the right amount, but it worked great once I got the hang of it. Car looks amazing.

Good stuff!

With all the information out on the net about these products (detailing forums) and using them, it's quite easy for anyone to work with the product, for those that really want to learn about them.
Is it worth it to do this after market sealing and polish? I just figure they put on good stuff from the factory. All this extra stuff is preventative right? Trying to stop scratches before they happen.

I don't know what they do at the factory but usually there are imperfections on new cars, the paint is never perfect. Do it if you want to, some folks don't care.
