Has anyone else had a persistent rattle coming from the left side of the dashboard, near the AC vent on any roads that are less than super smooth? There is also a rattle coming from the center of the dashboard on these roads.
Lexus service has taken the dashboard apart 3 times and wrapped everything they could in felt.
The rattle goes away for 3 to 4 weeks and comes back, same places.

I'm totally frustrated and I am sure the service department is super tired of seeing my car come in. It is a 2020 NX 300 with less than 8000 miles on it and has been doing this practically since its purchase as a new vehicle.

I just picked up a used 2020 NX 300 with 11,000 miles and I hve a rattle on the left side. But I have not brought it in for them to look at it. Is this covered by warranty?

Unfortunately, it has not been resolved. When they work on it the noise disappears for a few weeks, a month tops. Then it comes back.

I have a 2020 Lexus NX F Sport that has the noise on the left side almost since new. Dealer took apart left pillar and replaced with no improvement. There are a few other squeeks and rattles that come an go. My GS is almost perfect when it comes to noise - the NX was a disappointment. Other than the noise its been a good vehicle.

I agree, other than the noise it is a good vehicle; but after 3 RX's with no noise or other problems, this one has been disappointing.
