You might want to try requesting they give you a loaner while they wait for the recall and for your vehicle to be worked on.I just went to service rhis morning and drove another nx200t but no f package, it did not have any shaking. But they said they can not do anything until get any recall notice. They said it shaking too. I dont know what can i do
unless they know more than what they're willing to say at the moment. It seems strange they are talking recall when they don't know the cause. Seems like they should be trying to find the source of the problem and fix it under warranty.
You should be documenting every service visit. For that kind of money you paid.....Lexus should be helping more. Check your lemon law in your state...Today i drove service depot manager, and he said is shaking now. Also i took test another their nx200t same option but is no shaking. Glendale lexus is worst service in the us
Did they at least give you a nice loaner car while you wait? Hope they didn't give you some Hertz rental, unless of course it's something cool and up to par with the NX.My car still in dealer. They said still they dont know about shaking. Tomorrow other technicians come.and inspect the car. It not only my car issue cuz one more other.nx200t has same issue in same dealer.
Very nice!Yes they did rx350
Trying to accelerate from a stop on an incline or decline might do more to help show that vibration issue if you have it at an early stage.I have a '15 FSport as well and I haven't noticed any vibration during acceleration but do notice a very light vibration while car is in park/idle. You can feel it in the seat. It sort of fades in and out. Anyone else notice the same thing? Normal?
