Hi All!

Im very excited and proud to be picking up my NX 200T tomorrow! We had to wait a week to get our hands on it, and frankly I feel like a kid at christmas!
Im so happy there is a forum for owners! It was a long process to choose this car. THought about a BMW X1, Mercedes Benz GLA, Audi Q3, and finally (after 3 or 4 test drives), I fell in love with the NX. I hope I made the right choice!

I got the NX200T with the luxury package, comfort package, navigation package, and all driver assist options (intuitive parking, lane departure, adaptive cruise control, collision prevention, etc). A little overboard, perhaps. But my wife and I just had our first baby three weeks ago! We are getting it in Atomic Grey with Black Interior and Black linear wood trim. Will post pictures as soon as I can. Any advice for taking my baby out for the first time?

Welcome enjoy your new NX. Do your self a favor and don't play with the controls when driving, until you know what they do. There is a whole lot to distract you. The muse pad will get better with time.

That is EXCELLENT advice.

If you've got a new baby (your NX) and another new baby (your first child), I recommend getting about an hour of garage time with all the new buttons and stuff while referring to your owner's manual.

After that, and for the first few rides, have the passenger do much of the button pushing while the driver concentrates on their primary job.....driving.

It'll take awhile to figure it all out, but hey, it's just like Christmas all over again when you discover something new you can do with your new NX.
Congrats on the new baby.

The best part about a Lexus is that it is reliable. For me, quality is king.
