New NX350h Owner in the PNW

Hey everyone. We're new owners of the NX350h here in Washington. Not new to Lexus. I had an IS 300 (2jz) for years until I hit a deer. We're just now starting to get used to all the driving modes with the NX in this PNW weather. I'm an original owner of a 2001 4Runner (Toyota-4Runner.org) with more than 420k miles on it. That's our primary off-road and winter driving vehicle. I'm looking forward to seeing how this AWD works with the NX. Any tips and tricks are always welcome! I look forward to learning from you all!
