Id say the MKC because its propelled them to astounding growth in NA, but then again it is a global award... Maybe the merc, it really is something special...
Yeah, I have to say i was quite impressed with what lincoln did, even their MKZ is great, even more so when compared to the generation before it.Id say the MKC because its propelled them to astounding growth in NA, but then again it is a global award... Maybe the merc, it really is something special...
Also the NX seems to be a bit polarizing. Some people really like it and others don't have such a high opinion of it. That makes me think that it probably won't win. Something that is more widely loved will probably take the prize.i8 or S-class. No way NX can win against those ultra-lux cars in a LUXURY competition.
But agree with above, MKC is quite a looker now...unlike the rest of Lincoln line-up.
I rather a poll that has people deciding if they're for or against it, a poll where mass amounts of people vote on, that would develop a greater sense of where most stand on the NX.Also the NX seems to be a bit polarizing. Some people really like it and others don't have such a high opinion of it. That makes me think that it probably won't win. Something that is more widely loved will probably take the prize.
From the World Car Awards website:who puts on this award?
The World Car Awards (WCA) is a program initiated by, organized by, and conducted by automotive journalists from all over the world. From the outset, those of us involved in making it a reality have done so in the context of one over-riding priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that it is carried out with the utmost objectivity, credibility, and integrity.
WCOTY has no affiliation with, nor is it is any way influenced by any publication, auto show, automaker, or other commercial enterprise. It is administered by a non-profit corporation, under the guidance of a Steering Committee of distinguished automotive journalists from Asia, Europe, and North America. In that way, it draws on the experience and expertise already developed by various other award programs throughout the world.
