A recent US survey has named Lexus the top auto brand in terms on customer satisfaction.

On the 100 point scale Lexus scored 84. The average was 79, a 3.7 percent drop from last year. Only two brands improved their scores from last year: Acura and BMW.

Massive recalls and rising vehicle prices are two of the main factors cited for the recent drop in customer satisfaction. Among its respondents, ACSI saw a 40 percent increase in recalls compared with the second quarter of 2014.

If the experience is so good that you are trying to find reasons to head in, they are doing above and beyond. That's like finding reasons to go to the dentist.

More than half of millennials say they’d prefer to visit the dentist than haggle with a car salesman.

They do indeed. Give this thread a read and you'll see some of the amazing experiences that a few members have had: http://www.lexusnxforum.com/forum/9-new-2014-nx-general-discussion-forum/5417-lexus-has-most-satisfied-customers.html#post41641

I wouldn't be surprised if people go in for a simple car wash just to experience their customer service.
When it comes to car washers I rather go to the real pro's, a professional detailer or a shop that holds themselves to a standard you want them to be when dealing with your paint.
