Took a road trip (4,000 miles) in my girlfriend's brand new NX200t last week and every few hours (approximately 10 times) the GPS/dashboard became unresponsive. Only fix was to hold the power button for 3 seconds and it would reset and work fine, for a few hours.

Became quite annoying being that it happened so often and that the vehicle was literally driven right off the lot before the road trip.

Any help?

On another NX forum there's a post from two weeks ago with a similar issue. The owner of a US model F Sport said the center console freezed up a few times and the only way to get the Nav, radio, touch pad and some other things working again was to shut off and restart the engine.

Did you tell your dealer yet? Being that the car is so new and this seems like a problem with the system, not with you, I think you should probably inform Lexus about it.

Have your girlfriend bring the car in for service & make sure she documents & saves each service call. There are issues with the nx 200t.

That is indeed weird how it's not linking properly, the link isn't working for me either.

The one thing that I think should comfort owners who are having trouble with their vehicles is that Lexus will undoubtedly fix it. They have a great reputation for customer service and vehicle quality.
