From what I saw at the dealer when touring the service bay it looks to be 0w-20 mobile 1 synthetic. And why not do your own service? most of it is inspections that the dealer is just going to half-ass anyway. then drain and fill the oil/replace the oil filter.. not difficult.

I try to find an independent shop that specializes in Toyota/Lexus vehicle or go to a Lexus dealer where there's a tech or techs I know I can trust.
