First week with the NX in NE Ohio!

Our 1st week with our new NX 200t Luxury, Nav, etc. was absolutely perfect! We started looking at the NX in the $43,000 range of options, but signed on at nearly 48 with options. We were like, "yea, we'll take that." MPG at first was around 18, but it's slowly increasing. The ride, build quality and all around pampering is way better than anything my wife and I have ever had. We're starting to understand some of the safety features as well, and more impressed with every drive. The Enform remote is da bomb! I can monitor about everything from my smart phone. You won't miss a key fob remote once you learn this new technology! I am nearly 52 years old. I clearly remember the days before the internet and cell phones... And fuel injection too! This new technology blows my mind! Congrats to all of you on your new NX purchase! My wife and I are very happy with our choice! Kudos to Lexus!!!

Glad to hear you are so happy with your NX. Is there anything that you would criticize about the NX or are you completely happy with everything so far?

Ha ha... Not a commercial. Just my personal experience so far. These are the only pics I have to date. It's winter in Ohio!

A panoramic sunroof would have been nice! And the phone charger doesn't work with an iPhone.
Very nice! Where did you get your dashboard cover from?

iPhone doesn't charge? Small problem but that would really suck. If that is the only complaint, I'd say the NX is doing a good job though.

+1 on your color choices. The black/tan/red combo looks very high-end.

yeah, i made the mistake of going with an all black interior on my last red car. tan is the best way to go, most if not all red ferrari's are like this... good example to go off of.

I think you need a Qi-compatible case for the iPhone to use it with the Wireless charging system in the NX.

CyberDude: I think you are correct on that. It appears my wife's Galaxy also has the same issue. We haven't had much time to research it though...
Yes that is the case.
It's just too bad such a case is required and that the phone isn't already equipped with that tech to make it already do that.

I concur about the vehicle, except in this day and age, there shouldn't be a need for the Enform remote. When I walk away from my Cadillac, the roof closes and the doors lock automatically - I don't need to get any e-mail to inform me that they are open! I wouldn't have to use Enform to verify the current state because I already know everything is locked. The Enform is a yearly subscription so they can make more money out of you along with the Navigation and XM radio.

Exactly, Getting email makes me feel like we're still stuck in 2010 or even earlier.
Actually I wouldn't mind if they had options for the various ways of communication we can be reached through, that way you can tailor it to what's best for you plus it wouldn't be hard for them to implement.
