I just picked up my NX200t over the weekend and noticed while I am driving that the ECO light would occasionally come on and off... is this normal?

I am assuming that the car is switching to ECO mode when it sense that it can? or there's something going on with my car?

Yesterday I turned off the ECO mode as being the default mode because the transmission was shifting on minor hills. I still can select any mode any time that I want with the dial. I would like to have sport mode as the default but I have not found a way yet.

Weird how the transmission is doing that, you'd think that they factor in a situation like that, hopefully it's just a matter of ECU tuning to refine ECO mode even more.
