Other way round on servicing - sorry to correct you.

Lexus however have a quiet plan... and its seriously working, if they keep this up they will rise massively - lets just hope not too fast so they make a IS 1 IS 2 IS 3 NX 4 NX 5 NX 7 NX 8 RX 2 RX 9 RX 4

The LC coupe was a good example of what they can do when aiming for a flagship product and they have another one in the pipeline, the LS which we should hopefully see at the Paris show.

Then they have models like the LX and GX that need refreshing and once that happens things will really ramp up since those same 2 models have been around for way too long, probably nearing the 10 year mark.

So i've been taking some time to look more into the competition and Mercedes has a lot going on now, enough that it will take a lot to take someone away from MB and come over here to the NX or some other Lexus, even i'm having a hard time with that.

Agreed, but they always have had.

My issue with MB is UK relation ship between head office and the brand... the brand let the dealers do what they like...

This means they do NOT really police customer service that well -
