Differnce between f sport seats and standard 200t seats

I have seen quite a few posts on this and other forums about discomfort with the standard seats. I noticed when test driving, that the back could be a little more supportive and the angle of the headrest was a little obtrusive.
Are the sport seats more padded or supportive and can the headrest be tilted back?

Clarification about seat question

I asked whether the F Sport seats were more supportive or padded. I'm specifically asking about the back-do you sink in and slouch as much as in the standard NX seat?

About a year ago I tried a regular NX and a F-Sport. I liked the F-Sport better and bought one. I have always been a fan of deep bolstering and a tight seat. The F-Sport seat is not that way but has more bolstering than the stock seat. The best way to find out which fits you is to try both types.

Have you tried seats from the Lexus RC-F or even the GS-F?

Tried both of those and they're amazing, sort of wish Lexus already came out with a NX-F since we'd get something very similar to those seats.

But try the RC-F and GS-F seats, it might make you have more appreciation for F-Sport seats, or maybe not, but it's a good point of reference to have.

My last 2 vehicles have been BMW M-Sport SUVs. Both had inflatable bolsters and a thigh extension. The reason for getting rid of the BMWs was poor electronics and software.
