Lexus enform startup screen just keeps cycling

When I start the car the lexus enform screen just keeps cycling through. Lexus said enform system down today. I can access info on lexus enform app on my cell phone. Have no radio or anything. Tried reset of holding radio on off button for 3 seconds but no help. Anyone else have this problem?

I also have the exact problem. So the issue is because Enform System is down? It has nothing to do with the car?

Lexus dealer had me remove battery terminals for 20 minutes and a reboot got me up and running.

That's odd. But happy that it worked out. Hopefully the problem doesn't arise again. Apparently they were calling it a blackout or something of the sort
